Refund policy

Immediately after a customers order is placed it is sent for production. Our products are made to order. Customers have by the morning after the purchase to receive a full refund on products other than hair. No refunds on any hair purchases unless it is within 5 hours of the order. If there is any issue with your order feel free to email us, you will receive a discount code if it is within 3 business days.

We do not do returns due to COVID. If there is any issue with your order feel free to email us, you will receive store credit or a discount code depending on the issue. No returns for hair.
